Dear Flagstaff Colleagues,

 

We are very excited to announce that Dr. Sarah Altenberg has opened her private practice of adult outpatient psychiatry in Flagstaff and is now accepting new referrals.  Dr. Altenberg is a Board Certified psychiatrist and completed her residency training at the University of New Mexico in 2022.  Please see her attached bio for more details.  

 

Her office is located in the same building with Heather Boyle, Kurt Mueller, Harold Figueroa, Kirsten Mueller, and Jake Werley, at 1515 N. San Francisco Street.
