I facilitate 4 online groups weekly that I have been given permission to offer non-NAH patients. While I have put that information in my clinical services offered, I was wondering if we could post it on the announcements page?
Therapeutic Groups open to the public through Northern Arizona Healthcare and facilitated by Dr. Sherri Ruggiero. Groups are for adults 18 years and older. These groups are billed to insurance. For more information download the PDF and QR code next to the group of interest.
Mondays at 1pm – Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) group/class (focusing on mindfulness, interpersonal relationship effectiveness, emotional regulation and distress tolerance.
Tuesdays at NOON – Weight Management Class (CBT for weight loss)
Wednesday at 1pm – Navigating Aging Group
Thursdays at 1pm – Mind Over Mood (CBT for mood management)
