Writer's picture: NAPSLeadershipNAPSLeadership

Bethany Camp, LCSW, is hosting several women's groups with various options. Below is information about the groups. Please pass this information around to any who may be interested.

Coming Home To Yourself Group - A Women's+ Group

Experience the power of group therapy & connect with other women+ around topics like self-worth, anxiety, trauma, standing in your power, boundaries, spirituality, & deepening a sense of hope and meaning in a troubled world. Group sessions during each month will focus on a specific theme related to “coming home” to and deepening authentic relationship with self and others. Each group offers journaling prompts, creative art prompts and homework options to enhance and deepen your experience.

While the group will have rolling enrollment when there is space, a minimum 3-month initial commitment (attending 6+ sessions) is required to allow the group experience/connections to deepen and flourish. It’s okay if you have to miss one session during your initial 3 months, but we are seeking to build a core group of mostly-consistent attendees. The group will cap at 6 members, and I will consider opening a 3rd cohort if interest is high. The small group allows for deeper connection and processing time. *women+ = female-identifying, nonbinary, femme

Women's+ ADHD/ADD Support Group

ADHD is too often misunderstood, not recognized, and mistreated, especially in anyone who doesn’t fit the stereotype. Join us as we stop trying harder, learn to accept ourselves, and start succeeding at creating a satisfying life that works on our terms. This group does not diagnose you as ADHD or ADD. We focus on support, skills and community building around shared experiences and topics of self-care, hormones, lifestyle and health.
